Eenshuistra Appraisals, Inc. performs all appraisal assignments in accordance with applicable appraisal standards, ethical requirements, and state regulatory guidelines. Each assignment is completed independently and objectively, without advocacy for a predetermined result or value conclusion.

Appraisals are prepared in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and are supported by appropriate documentation and recordkeeping. Confidentiality, competency, and professional conduct are maintained on every assignment to ensure credible and well-supported opinions of value for private, legal, and lending purposes.
